Advanced Trauma Life Support®

ATLS® Certification Course  ·  GW Training Center

The ATLS® Course equips physicians and advanced practice providers with practical knowledge and hands-on skills applicable across all clinical settings — from community emergency departments to Level I trauma centers. Developed by the American College of Surgeons (ACS) and its Committee on Trauma (COT), ATLS delivers a shared framework for safe, efficient trauma care. While the course presents one proven method for each technique, the ACS recognizes that other acceptable approaches exist.
